The various jungle gyms and swing sets of Bountiful Park have changed often over the years, but one mainstay has been the big cement tubes on near the park's southwest corner. I don't know who first had the idea to take old leftover pieces of construction projects and deposit them in public parks, but they've been entertaining kids like my niece (pictured) for years now.
