Technically, the longtime location for the Pages Lane Dick's Market is in Centerville, not Bountiful. But it's hard to think of a more iconic hometown establishment than the grocery store that lay a street over from where I grew up. My family shopped there for years, and I even worked there for almost two. I had a deep love-hate relationship for a job that I hated, but that also led to some of my most enduring friendships. In the summer of 2012, the company that owned the store moved it up the road to replace a failing grocery on Parrish Lane, right across the street from Wal-Mart. As of this writing, the old location is still empty.
