I got a lot more scenic images during my first (and so far only) trip to the Grand Canyon in June of 2014, but none of them stick in my mind so much as this shot I grabbed of a group of European tourists, who wisely opted to complement their sunset view with some takeout pizza. As you can see, this particular overlook was swarming with people, and frankly, the human factor helps to offset the fact that this wasn't the most amazing sunset, at least as far as clouds were concerned. (I also appreciate the fact that the guy in the middle looks a lot like Peter Jackson.)
