My home state never ceases to amaze me. My buddy Randy and I took a quick trip to Southern Utah in November of 2016 to celebrate our 40th birthdays, and stopped on the way to take a few pictures at Little Sahara, near Delta, Utah. Even in my 40s, I was finding completely new landscapes only a couple of hours from my home.
The object of my quick overnight trip to Cedar City in November of 2016 was to get a long exposure image of Kanarraville Falls, which just so happened to be in the middle of a slot canyon that didn't require an entire day's hike to reach. Still, I was pretty surprised when my traveling companion Randy and I found the falls less than 100 yards from the entrance to the slot canyon. At any rate, I got my shot.
